What is in this 2027 calendar?
You get up to thirteen pages. The first is a year at a glance: all twelve months of 2027 as small grids, with any date you added marked in bold, plus a list of your dates underneath. Then come twelve month pages, one for each month, with large squares to write in and a notes area at the bottom. Your own dates are written into the right squares, so a birthday on 12 March appears on the twelfth of March.
You can print all thirteen pages, just the year page for a pinboard, or just the month pages for a wall or binder calendar. Add a calendar name, such as your family name or a team, and it prints at the top of every page.
How do I add birthdays and other dates?
Type one date per line in the dates box. The maker reads the day and the month, then everything after them becomes the label. You can write the day or the month first, use short or full month names, and separate the label with a colon, a dash or just a space. Dates that are not in 2027, or that do not exist, such as 30 February, are skipped.
Each month square shows up to three labels, with a note if there are more. Short labels print best, so Mum's birthday works better than a full sentence. Labels are cut at 40 characters.
- 12 Mar: Mum's birthday
- March 12 - Mum's birthday
- 12th March Mum's birthday
- 2027-03-12 Mum's birthday
Should my calendar start on Sunday or Monday?
Use whichever you are used to. Calendars in the United States and Canada usually start the week on Sunday, while calendars in the UK, Europe and Australia usually start on Monday. Choose either and every page, from the small year grids to the month squares, follows it.
Week numbers are optional. When you turn them on, each row shows its ISO 8601 week number, the system used in much of Europe and in many workplaces. ISO weeks start on Monday and week 1 is the week containing the first Thursday of the year. In 2027 that means week 1 begins on Monday 4 January, and 1 to 3 January belong to week 53 of 2026. The last ISO week of 2027 is week 52.
What day does 2027 start on?
1 January 2027 is a Friday and 31 December 2027 is also a Friday. 2027 is not a leap year, so it has 365 days and February has 28. The year page lets you check any date at a glance before booking leave or planning a party.
If you are planning time off, the year page is a quick way to see where weekends fall around the dates you have marked. Keep it near your desk or on the fridge, and use the month pages for the detail.
Does this calendar include public holidays?
Not yet. Public holidays differ by country, and some by state or region, so we only want to add them from checked official sources. Versions with public holidays for different countries are coming. For now, you can add the holidays that matter to you in the dates box and they will print on the right days alongside your own dates.
If you add holidays yourself, check the dates against your government or employer for 2027, because some holidays move from year to year and some depend on where you live.
How do I print a 2027 calendar that looks right?
Choose A4 or US Letter to match your paper, then set scale to 100 percent and margins to default or none in the print dialog. The month pages print in portrait, which suits a clipboard, a binder or a fridge. Ink saver swaps the green for grey; your dates stay bold and underlined so they still stand out in black and white.
For a wall calendar, print the month pages on thicker paper and punch two holes at the top, or clip them to a board and turn over a page each month. Saving as a PDF lets you print the next few months later or share the file with family.
